An interesting adventure that will introduce you to the traditional life and charm of Sri Lanka. The tour consists of 3 parts:
1. Carriage rides
In the old style, on two-wheeled carts, as villagers did when cars were still a novelty.
2. Catamaran ride on the lake
A leisurely walk along the lake covered with trees and leaves, picking lotus flowers and observing nature. If you’re lucky, you can meet crocodiles relaxing on the shore.
3. Cooking skills
Women in national costumes will prepare traditional Sri Lankan dishes in an old stone oven. We will also take part and enjoy a delicious tasting.
During the excursion to Sigiriya you will discover the most famous historical monument of Sri Lanka – the Sigiriya rock, which is often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World”.

The Dambulla Cave Temple, also known as the Golden Temple of Dambulla, is a cave temple complex located in central Sri Lanka. It is known as the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in the country.

The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic is a Buddhist sanctuary located in the city of Kandy. It is considered one of the main sanctuaries of the Buddhist world and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site under the name “Old City of Kandy”.
The temple houses the relic of the Tooth of Buddha, which is of exceptional significance to Buddhists.
The Royal Botanical Gardens, located near the city of Kandy, is considered one of the largest and most beautiful gardens in Asia. It is known for its rich botanical collection, which contains more than 4,000 species of plants, including orchids, spices, medicinal plants and palms.
The garden covers an area of 147 acres (0.59 km²) and is located at an altitude of 460 m above sea level ️ , which gives it a special climate and magnificent views.
Ambuluwawa is a unique religious complex in Sri Lanka, located on the top of Mount Gampola ️

Ramboda Waterfall is one of the most beautiful places in Sri Lanka, located in the mountains of Nuwara Eliya.
Height: 109 meters
Location: Ramboda Pass, 945 meters above sea level.
Ramboda is considered the 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and the 729th highest in the world.
The falls are made up of two streams formed by the Puna Oya and Pundalu Oya rivers, which merge below to create a magnificent flow of water.
The hotel is located close to the A5 highway, making it easily accessible for tourists travelling between Kandy and Nuwara Eliya.

Sri Lankan tea plantations, known as Ceylon tea, are spread across vast plateaus, where the climate and soil are ideal for growing tea. The first tea plantation was established in 1867 by Scotsman James Taylor in Loolecondera.
Today, the most famous plantations worth visiting are located in the regions of Nuwara Eliya, Kandy and Ella. Sri Lanka is distinguished by the fact that tea is still hand-picked, which allows preserving its high quality and unique taste.
Tea factories in Sri Lanka are where fresh tea leaves are processed into different types of tea: black, green and herbal. They are an important part of the country’s tea industry, and Sri Lanka is considered one of the world’s largest tea exporters. Visiting a tea factory is a popular tourist attraction , where you can see the entire tea production process, from leaf picking to packaging, and also taste freshly brewed Ceylon tea.
Situated in the heart of Sri Lanka, Nuwara Eliya is known as “Little England” due to its cool climate and British colonial architecture. It is the highest town on the island, located at an altitude of about 1,868 m.
The city is famous for its tea plantations, picturesque landscapes and is considered a popular place for tourists and recreation.
Built by the British, Sri Lanka Railways was originally designed to transport tea and coffee from the highlands to Colombo. The first railway line opened in 1864, connecting Colombo with Ambepussa. Many branches and new lines were later built, including the Northern Line, the Coastal Line and other destinations. Today, Sri Lanka’s railway network is renowned for its scenic routes, the most famous of which is the Kandy-Ella section, considered one of the most beautiful railways in the world.
The Nine Arch Bridge also known as the Sky Bridge, is one of the most famous railway structures in Sri Lanka. It consists of nine stone arches and is located between the cities of Ella and Demodara. The bridge is known for its scenic views and has become a popular tourist destination, where visitors can watch colorful trains passing against the backdrop of lush green mountains.
